Antoine Semenyo’s goal propels Bournemouth to a thrilling victory over Everton.

After scoring his second goal in three games to help Bournemouth rally from a two-goal deficit and defeat Everton at Goodison Park, Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo continued his scorching run in the English Premier League.

Semenyo scored his third goal of the game when he latched onto a Dango Ouattara cross with four minutes left. Lewis Cook and Luis Sinisterra’s injury-time goals sealed the win for the Cherries.

Just seven minutes after halftime, Michael Keane and Dominic Calvert-Lewin gave the Toffees a two-goal advantage.

Semenyo terrorized Everton’s defense, making things difficult for their defenders, and in the 86th minute, it paid off. The Ghanaian international has been the main man for Bournemouth ever since Dominic Solanke, his striking partner, left for Tottenham Hotspurs.

Three games into the new season, Bournemouth has won one, drawn two, and is still undefeated.

On Monday, Semenyo will take a plane to Ghana to play in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola and Niger.
