At the time, England was trailing following Vangelis Pavlidis’ early second-half goal. Though Jude Bellingham equalized in the 87th minute, Greece snatched victory in stoppage time as Pavlidis completed his brace.
Saka’s injury adds to growing concerns for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, with captain Martin Ødegaard also sidelined for an unspecified period. Arsenal will face Bournemouth in the Premier League on October 19, following the international break.
