After a rigorous three days, the Competitions Management System (CMS) training in the Ashanti Region officially ended on Monday, October 7, 2024.
The training was designed to give football management stakeholders the tools they needed to use the updated CMS platform, and it took place at Kumasi Anglican Senior High School.
Second Division club representatives, referees, match commissioners, and IT officers from the Ashanti Regional Football Association participated in the workshops, which were facilitated by Francis Adu Essah of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The participants gained knowledge about managing player and official data, tracking cautions and expulsions, and navigating system changes.
This program is in line with the GFA’s overarching objective of improving professionalism and efficiency in football administration at all levels.
