A makeup artist for BT Sport has claimed that Jermaine Jenas, the former BBC broadcaster, begged her for sex and repeatedly sent her X-rated messages.
A junior BT Sport make-up assistant claims to have received numerous sexual texts from Jenas, according to the Daily Mail. Despite the fact that the accusations are older than his tenure on The One Show, the BBC fired him in August, costing him his job on Match of the Day. The most recent accuser claims that she started working for BT Sport in 2017 and that Jenas saw her right away.
Despite the makeup artist made it obvious that Jenas was in a relationship and not interested in engaging in any sexual activity, it is stated that Jenas would not accept no. The former England and Tottenham midfield player is said to have tried to persuade her that it wouldn’t be considered cheating if he sent her at least one unsolicited video of his penis. She is not the sole female advocate.
The victim claims that before pornographic direct messages started to be received, Jenas had following her on Instagram. It is reported that he requested a kiss “to fill some time” in his first message.
He whispered to me ‘did you notice my messages’ and I just responded ‘yes’, as in ‘I’d seen them, not interested,’ and just continued on working. That concluded the day’s events. The next day, which must have been his birthday, he texted me, asking if we might share our secret birthday kiss tonight.
“After that, he sent me one more. I then declared, ‘Look, I’m in a relationship.I have no interest in it.
After a while, she told her boyfriend, who suggested that she tell her employer. She followed his advice, but her line manager failed to notify BT Sport’s management of Jenas’ actions.
In addition to losing his position at the BBC, Jenas’s TV and celebrity management company, M&C Saatchi Merlin, has let him go.
